    Where did Smyth go?

    Remember Smyth? The one staff member who actually read tickets and didn't respond with Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V? Yeah, I miss him too.

    Just wondering if he got promoted, vanished, or realized answering tickets like a human being isn't part of the job description anymore.
