hi guys. i am a lvl 70 horde in Lordaeron. i like to stay in tbc for a while by locking lvlup. is there any raid in hord side to keep play tbc raids in Lordaeron?

You could do /who 70 and see a list of level 70 players, check their guilds. If there are several players from same guild that are level 70, it might be some level 70 twink guild. It only lists online players, so do it during usual raid hours for better result.
