Based on the Wotlk backport of BiS-Tooltip (https://github.com/disruption01/BiS-..._335a_backport) I made a version for TBC containing the BiS list items from wowhead for TBC (PreRaid - T4 - T5 - T6 - ZA - SWP). Also added some minor bugfixes for highlights and class/spec filters.
