Where to look for proper loot drops on this realm?

Wowhead has become confusing, with different loot tables and the word, "Classic" being added to everything, I can't even begin to rely on what mob or boss drops what.

For example, I've been trying to farm a blue mid-level item, and depending on the patch picked [WotLK (CLASSIC)/TBC (CLASSIC)] it gives different mobs entirely for the same item drop. Being able to query the server is my chosen method if possible. Does anyone know a way to find exactly what mobs drop what items here and their exact percentages? I do have Atlas loot installed and never figured out how to properly use it.

I looked this up, then went to go farm Basilisk Hide Pants from the Basilisks in Stranglethorn as the top 3 drop rates were from those mobs and one of them dropped a Blue item that is not listed in that links loot tables. Which is exactly the reason I posted this. Unreliable loot table drops. I looted A [Skull Splitter Crossbow] {BLUE} from one of them, and it isn't listed in the loot tables for either of these mobs.

Thing is, most of these database are from private servers. some of them are correct, but warmane messed up the loot tables many times for example by removing items or entirely disabling the drops from certain mobs. Yet, it should be pretty close so it can be trusted as accurate source of info. back in the day, i used
this one with great success.

Basilisk hide pants are a world drop if you are still looking for them; dungeons in the 43+ range have a good chance to drop them but I've found them on the previously elite trolls in hinterlands.

Warmane uses https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/ in their changelog ( https://www.warmane.com/changelog?expansion=2 ) so maybe it's the right one ?
