Realms Primal nether and nether vortex for BOJ or Coins

Is it possible add primal nether and nether vortex to store or for BOJ from vendor. For casual players its almost impossible get it for hc, becasue 1. Waiting for hc is sometimes about 1h. 2. Even if you get hc, often its hard to finish it.

It's very possible. Stop using RDF for heroics. Pick a desirable and easy dungeon like Slave Pens then make your own group in global chat. Reserve the nether or kindly ask at the end so people who don't need it aren't rolling on it for no reason. Or if you're lazy then there are tanks selling runs for 150 gold where they do it all for you.

Then vortexes you can get a roster spot in any guild and they will just give them to you. Guilds have so many at this point they're just dumping them into crafted items to sell.
