1. About Donations

I don't know why the website charged me 3 times when i donated 1 time10 euro for premium account. So it charged me 30 euro and 3 withdrawals from my card, each 10 euro but on the website it showed only that i donated 10 euro.

Anyone knows why is this? And what can i do?

  2. Wait few banking days and see if the second charge gets returned to your bank account. You could contact paymentwall for support, to perhaps even cancel the process (if they allow it).

So for now you only have one donation process done.

  3. Thanks for the info.
I'll whait and see what happens and already contacted [email protected] for support.

  4. Very dissapointed with Warmane payment system. The reality is i donated 10 euros and i was charged 30 euros. I contacted customer support and card support and i'm still waiting for a response. I sent them my bank statements showing 3 charges instead of 1 and they insist that only 1 charge they see in their system, are you kidding me??????????????????????????????

So please Warmane, do something, how is this possible? With 30 euros i could play Retail Wow, but i decided to play on your faulty system.

  5. Did you contact paymentwall yet? There's "HELP" at the top right corner of donation window. (where the coin amounts are listed).

  6. I did, still whaiting for their reply. On both sides.

  7. Come on Warmane, resolve this, i sent you proof from my bank account.

  8. If you only received 10 Coins it means we only got one donation of 10 Euros.
It also implies either your bank or Paymentwall (more likely) tagged the other two as duplicates and didn't process them. Banks still take the money from an account, even if it's cancelled by a payment processor, and can take days to refund it. Easter doesn't make them work any faster.

But either way, as only one donation was registered in our end, this is something you'll likely have to wait for the bank to automatically undo those transactions, or for Paymentwall to answer.
