harassed for 30min. How i post ticket ?

a new level 29 player, I'm being harassed by Schradin (level 80) and Mahaursi (level 80) at the Freewind checkpoint.
They've been waiting at the repsawn for 30 minutes, and it's impossible to get back into the game.

How do I post a ticket? Are they allowed to do this?

You go to services, do a character unstuck and log back in. Don't go to same place you were ganked in. If you want to go to same place for whatever reason, do it hour or two later.

as long as you can ressurect, i guess dying is not a big deal ?
