    Can't access in my other account

    Hello, I have another account but I can't log into it. If i try to log in it asks me the MFA code but i received nothing in my email address. I tried to reset the password but the email does not arrive (even in spam). I also tried the MFA authentication issue but when I enter my username it says "You do not have google two factor authentication enabled.". Can you help me please?
