WotLK missing felhunter quest

hello,

i have a lvl 56 human warlock. i check in every single warlock trainer in stormwind, ironforge and ratchet but none of them have the quest for me, i don't know if this is a bug or what... can anyone help me please?

NPC is called Strahad Farsan and its located in Northern Barrens but first you need to pickup the quest from Gakin the Darkbinder called Seeking Strahad

still no, dude in stormwind do not give me more quest and dude in ratchet either xd
