The problem was that I was pumping up the DK, I reached level 64, I passed the last Q to Thrall, but I couldn’t complete Q1 where 2 talents were given, and now I can’t do it. How come I completed all Q1 except for Q1 where 2 talents were supposed to be given, but I missed it and didn’t do it? What should I do now?

I'm guessing you are still in the dk starting zone right ? because of faster lvling, you have to do grey quests so it's easy to miss. on the radar, select the option to view low lvl quests. then look around for quests you may have missed.
