Site Stuck in 2step auth loop

If I try to log in on the website via my Iphone with Safari browser then I get stuck in a 2step auth loop.
After typing in the 2step auth code it says log in successful but I'm actually not logged in and it keeps asking me for a new 2step auth code.
I have this problem with email 2 step auth and also when using the authenticator app and no matter if I use a wlan or mobile connection.
I don't have the mentioned problem on my laptop with windows so I assume the issue is related to ios, Iphone or Safari browser.
Any Iphone user is facing a similar issue?

Hello guys

Is it possible to remove authentication when i dont know on which e-mail i have applied it ?
I know my username and password but i didnt remember my older e-mail addresses
