I lost my character on icc

I played on icc about 4-5 years ago and when I came back now I don't have a single character that I had then can anyone help me how to get my characters back or where to contact support so they can check?

Many characters can get deleted due to inactivity, if they're below a certain level. If you are a donor though, your characters are exempted from this. Were your characters lvl 80?
