WotLK Unable to submit misbuy ticket [need help]

I'm unable to post this message whether its through misbuy or general inquiry. I've donated a lot in the past month, and feel like I need to get in contact with someone. Could someone please help me figure out what is "illegal" about this inquiry, or why I can't submit it?

I recently purchased the wrong trinket for my frost mage, Kambria, on the Icecrown server. I intended to buy the Charred Twilight Scale but mistakenly selected Deathbringer's Will, confusing armor penetration with spell penetration. The Deathbringer's Will remains unused in my inventory.

I’ve been a dedicated donor over the past few weeks but have been preoccupied with a move and job transition, which delayed my reaching out. Would you please assist me in exchanging the Deathbringer's Will for the Charred Twilight Scale? I’d greatly appreciate your help.

Most of the special characters aren't available in support tickets. Try removing non-alphanumeric characters until it works.
