Realms Remove deprecated NPCs

I am referring to the removal of the Horde Warbringer and the Alliance Brigadier General from all locations, particularly the capital cities and Wintergrasp.

These NPCs were used in The Burning Crusade to exchange Marks of Honor for Honor Points and also offered a related quest. However, these Marks are no longer available, and according to this source, they were removed in patch 3.3.3: https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/For...Honor(quest)

There is always a quest marker on the minimap in every capital, which is quite annoying. Since this quest can no longer be completed, I kindly request that it be removed from the game.

What realm are we talking about here? At least on Icecrown they don't offer any quests.

Sorry, I didn't mention the realm - I'm talking about Icecrown, Horde side. They offer the same one quest in every city.
