I accidentally disenchanted the Medallion of Karabor, which is required to access the Black Temple. I have already completed the quest chain and obtained the item, but it was unintentionally destroyed.

Since this was an honest mistake, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me recover the item or provide a way to regain access to the Black Temple.
