Looking for a casual (kinda) guild for doing raids and some other stuff maybe

So im having a hard time finding a guild thats good for me im down to raid have a character ready for icc but also a couple of other who are raid ready (maybe).Im currently on ally but planning on faction changing my main toons to horde because i heard there are more people doing pve and raids, but if i find an ally guild that would take me in and its gonna last a while i wont switch to horde. I prefer the guild to be English speaking (or if by anychance Bulgarian) . As of time i live in Bulgaria as you couldve guess but wouldnt mind staying up a bit late for some west europe times. I'd say im down to learn almost any class if its fun, and also learn any raid mechanics if i dont already know them :)

I have a 5.8k fury warr, 4.5k resto shammy and feral/balance dudu, 3.something k prot pala, currently gearing a mage also, and have almost every class lvl 80.
