WotLK Mutiny on the merch Quest bugged

Hello guys, I have heard people saying they were able to complete the Mutiny on the merch quest in Howling Fjord, on the boat, where you have to kill those mobs on the deck below and collect 5x barrel of blasting powder. However, me and 1 other guy picked up the quest, but there are no mobs anywhere on the ship.

We tried retaking quest and relogging and the same thing happens. Anyone know if anything else needs to be done?..

The same thing happened to me this morning. The mobs don't spawn and you can't complete the quest.
