I have mounts and characters on my account and it seems they have been deleted. I want to get them back.

If you haven't logged in for a while, your characters may have been deleted due to the Inactivity Cleanup.
Characters deleted by inactivity cannot be recovered.

However, if you deleted a character manually, you might still be able to restore it via the Restore Service, as long as 30 days haven't passed.

To restore select the following inputs :
Realm ? Coins/Points ? Character Restoration
You get 1 free character restoration every 7 days, but only for a character deleted within the last 24 hours.
