Its safe to say that right now everybody is rolling alliance.

Horde never get a chance to win wintergrasp, get smacked by decked players in bgs as we loose every bg so no player has gear.

We have since been merged cross faction in bgs which has made this even worse. Usually horde could win some bgs in daytime, this is no longer the case.

What to do, reroll alliance and face longer queing times? I dont mind gitting gud and being on the loosing team, but not even being able to win a daily is pretty frustrating.

You are just not in the premades thats all. Pvp is active and wintergrasp is packed with ****boxers on both sides. They are mostly the same people rolling both sides.

There's no "imbalance" at all the in population.
You just underestimate how many people don't care about Battlegrounds or even PvP in general.

The factions each have their time to rule. Alliance tends to rule during the day and horde at night UTC.
