I atacked a player in world pvp zone and this is what I get minute after. Is this normal in here? Any admins to deal with this behavior available pls?

That's pretty normal in any PvP game, and acting surprised about the reaction after you attack someone is rather peculiar.
Nothing in that broke any server rules. Feel free to add the person to your ignore list if you like.
