WotLK My name is Kukulkah and I need help with a Shattrath quest.

I need help with a quest that doesn't appear in Shattrath called Crush some skulls and is obtained with a character in a tavern in that city called Sal'salabim. I wanted to know if that mission is buggy or if it was removed because I wanted to do the achievement called [Terror of Terokkar] and I only need one mission and that is it. I need help and in that place I have 67 of 68 missions.

This quest requires some prerequisite quests. Start the chain from He Called Himself Altruis(Horde) / He Called Himself Altruis(Alliance)., and you'll eventually reach it.
