Wrong Spec is a guild run by experienced players, exemplified by the fact that 7 LoDs and 15+ RS 25 HCs are cleared weekly.
We use DKP.
We have BONUSES for great performance.
We have MINUSES for poor performance, as well as coming to raid unprepared (missing gems, enchants, flasks).
For LODs, we ask that people sign up on Discord with the character(s) they wish to play.
For RS HC, we do NOT have sign-ups and run one at a time, so those who ask for an invite have to get used to waiting for a spot.

Bump: Last reset Wrong Spec did 14 RS HC in 2 days.
As a lot of people are on vacation, in order to do more, we need good retri paladins (or paladins in general, but primarily retri).

As we are in the Summer season when many people are less active, Wrong Spec is looking for more tanks and healers ready for LoD and RS HC.
We don't ask for applications. If you have the experience and the gear, join our Discord and list your chars.

Since Wednesday, July 23, Wrong Spec has done:
12 RS 25 HC
2 LoDs
3 Dynamic (ICC 25 8/12 HC)
1 ToGC 25 50/50
More raids incoming.
The guild primarily needs more tanks in order to do more raids.

Last reset Wrong Spec did 22 raids (including LoD, RS 25 HC, ICC 25 8/12 HC, and ToGC 25 50/50).
This reset we are on track to do the same.
Still primarily need TANKS (BDK and Prot Paladins) for our LoDs and RS 25 HC spams.

As we also do ICC 25 8/12 HC 3-4 times a week and always have pugs, we are looking for people with characters 5.8+ with proper gear, gems, enchants, and flasks.
They start between 18:00 and 19:00 Server Time on any day of the week (announced on Discord 1 hour or so in advance).

Bump, back to 7 LoDs per reset as of this week. Doing 2 on Saturday and 1 on every other day except Thursday.
