I log in successfully and right after login screen character list loading stucks and i get disconnected
The connection log shows COP GET CHARACTRS code 43

Rkn is testing the blocking regionally. Some people might not have been affected by the blocking, in some regions or large cities there was a blocking, but now it has been lifted. Therefore, in your posts, please indicate your region (city, or just region, if you live in a small town)

Stuck on Retrieving Character List
this happened to me before about a month ago and i just waited it out for a day or two...
but its happening again today....im trying to long in after being away for a week or so...(i live in a country who had the internet shut down for the past couple of days due to some security reasons) im hoping to find a permenant solution to fix this issue once and for all
changing the "WTF" folder name or deleting Cache,Logs,WTF folders did not worked for me unfortunately...
to be honest i dont have any clue what is causing this but im hoping to make it occur less :)
i would greatly appriciate any kind of help or tips.

Iran has been on and off blocking access to many services for years, doubt it will ever stop.
Aside waiting it out, maybe some VPNs could work. Just be careful, all free ones have been banned by now due to be abused by people to break our rules.

There have been reports about RKN (Russian Internet watchdog) blocking servers which use Cloudflare - suspiciously, starting from June 10, almost like this topic. Until now I saw only rumours about Amazon servers being blocked - rumors circulating only among gamers and never in "wider media". Amazon like many others must be using Cloudflare services (I guess Warmane also does then). The article I linked speculates that it might be connected to the War on VPNs, since a lot of VPN providers also use Cloudflare services (so the post above also makes a lot of sense - for similar reasons).
But I'm really dumb when it comes to technology, just curious if sb more knowledgeable could share some thoughts on this.

Hello, I was forced to use ExitLag software because I was stuck on the character list page due to the war situation in my country. I created a subscription on their site to make sure before buying, I opened the game with my subscription, which was in the trial period, and I got banned. I also gave a ticket and now it's been 5 days since I think it wasn't seen because I didn't type the subject correctly. can you help me?

Unfortunately, for what I gather, ExitLag has a short free trial, which scammers and others have also abused, leading to IPs from them to get banned as well. Tickets from bans can usually take up to a week to get read and acted on, depending on volume.
