WotLK Missigng charcters

Hello there.
ive been playing Icecrown on Warmane since 2017, after a year (or more, maybe) without connecting, I can't find my characters. When I switch the realm, I can see that I have 2 characters on icecrown, but I can't see them. Also, I can see my hunter "aywah" in the armory, but it's now its a mage human for some reason!!!.
Can you please help me figure out how to back up my characters?

Inactivity Cleanup , I think the "2 icecrown characters" is just a visual bug.

It's not a visual bug. The game stores some variables for each character locally, and those are only removed if the character is deleted from that computer. If someone else deletes the characters on another computer or they are removed in an inactivity clean-up, those files stay, and the game uses those to show the character count, even if they don't exist anymore on the server.

No, if they were deleted due to inactivity cleanup, they cannot be restored.
