1. Question about Enchanting Boost

Hi, I am pretty new here. looking to purchase the boost for enchanting, as I remember it being one hell of a grind back in the day. I noticed there are 2 versions of the boost. My biggest question is if the Runed Titanium Rod comes with the boost. I remember that was the hardest part, and you need the prior rod as part of the materials. And then the prior-prior rod to make the prior rod....etc etc. So if it doesnt come with the Runed Titanium rod, that a huge consideration before purchasing. If anyone knows...I'd appreciate the feedback. Thanks

The highest enchantments you can make are made from the highest leveled Sigil Stones you find in Oblvion Gates. (Transcendent Sigil Stones.) Each one can be used to enchant a specific spell that the Sigil Stone comes with. For instance, you might find one that allows you to enchant a weapon with Frost Damage or a piece of armor with Frost Shield. Sigil Stones get more powerful as you level, the lowest ranked Sigil stones aren't that great. If you have a sigil stone just click on it in your inventory to see what enchantments, you can use on your gear. (You don't need to use an enchanting stand with sigil stones.)

You'd need to go through all the Rod crafting. You only get recipes for those, if you choose the all recipes option. There's no mention of getting profession tools with the boost, thus you don't get anything beyond what's described.
