You're pvp seems 100% fixed there is no way you can q games all day on horde get no healers people in greens but ally get 5+ healers 3 bis hunters and every mdps has SM??? How??? It's every game I'm not lying when I say it's EVERY GAME. I've spent mouths losing roll ally and it's the same thing!!!!!!! Every game no matter what said I'm on I get put ageist the 5+ healer 3 bis hunter and all SM teams. There is no way in months of pvp with every game like that it's just random. does no one els say anything about this? You can see who q's what spec they are what race you can change peoples race so why do you stack all the healers on the other team every game? Where are these people why do I never get on their teams? They're not premades at all most will be from all 3 servers so why stack all the healers on the other team? Can you fix that at all? You can see 8 healers qing change their race to even it out so why put them all on one team every game? I feel like I wasted so much time farming pvp gear just to get thrown to people that pay more because there is no way it's like this all day long on both races at random. Or hell how much do I need to spend before you put me on that team? I'll pay to get put on your background premade list. I'm going crazy there is no way this is random it's been months and months of this. I'm shocked the other 90% even try to pvp with how it is. I want to pvp have fun have a nice even game I don't care if people have SM or are full bis but it's not fun when every game the other team has all the healers.

Not everyone wants to play healer, so why don’t you be the one to make that sacrifice and play healer yourself?
Also, I have to disagree with your claim that Horde loses every battleground. On my Alliance character, the only piece of gear I’m still missing is the chest, and I queue for the daily battleground every day without mercenary mode. Most days, I have to spam at least 2–5 games just to get a single win. Honestly, I find that Horde actually has better win chances than Alliance most of the time.
There’s one suggestion we can both agree on , and I hope it’s possible to implement:
Make matchmaking ensure that each team has at least 2–3 healers per side.
It would really improve the experience if every battleground started with both teams having some healers, instead of leaving it completely random.

PvP was never meant to be fair. Making sure both sides have the same number of healers doesn't really change much. You can still focus and take out enemy healers and that's part of the strategy. Some classes naturally counter others, and that is just the harsh reality of PvP. Battlegrounds are essentially a war, and war has never been fair.

The brackets don't exist in the regular game, we introduced them simply to reduce slightly the disparity between veterans and newcomers, not to do anything remotely alike "making PvP fair."

You see, its not the servers fault its the factions fault, in this case horde, players playing horde just don't want to be healers or maybe there's a skill gap, i understand what you're saying though, I'm suffering myself trying to play BG's on horde, since its really one sided but its an issue with us and there is no way to fix it unless me "fix" ourselves, but i assure you once you get to 5,5gs it gets better way better than trying to play at 5k or below

Horde definitely lacks healers. I thought we had more but then I realized the other healers were generally mercenary moded from ally. The issue is it's a completely player created problem just like the RDF queues. We're gonna have to convince people to start healing.
Don't bother arguing with zorino. He plays both sides to talk crap about both sides. Hypocrisy and implications aside.. if it were about anything constructive he wouldn't be agreeing with one statement and then poking at people for having that experience.

problem is horde has 30+ men premade in evening and they take most good players with them to farm av/isle and others bg suffer

Let them, some contributed years to be better than others, I mean literal year's. Look at people walking around, having 100,000+ HK's, I cant argue with them and say "why are you angry its just a bg i mean its not a big deal" when they try their best in every BG just to be better than someone. That what PvP is isn't it.
So you can't blame them for taking PvP seriously when that' s what they do its like saying "don't take your job seriously your're still gonna get paid anyway"

I understand your point of view and also that of those who put effort into it, but in my opinion it is not worth it, absolutely.
I don't blame anyone, I'm just saying that if you want to play a game a little more serious and organized, then those who want to play this way should look for and group up with players who think the same way or who at least prefer a more organized game.
If you just queue in the bgs, then you have to expect a group of people who will almost always play the opposite way.
At most you can find 2, maybe 3 players who are trying to do something, but you realize that the rest of the team is going their own way.
