Hi, I accidentally purchased the Bloodied Arcanite Reaper heirloom for my DK and didn't realize it can't be Runeforged. I haven’t used it in combat or modified it. Is there any way I can get a refund or exchange it for another heirloom? Thanks in advance!

Doesnt matter you cant runeforge any heirloom weapon

If it was bought with coins and within the last 24 hours, you can make item misbuy -ticket (https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new) or contact support ([email protected]) if ticket isn't available despite being done within 24 hours.

There's no support for wrong items bought with points.
