Hello,

I am experiencing an issue when trying to log into the game. After entering my correct username and password, the client gets stuck on "Authenticating" and does not proceed further.

I have tried the following:

Reinstalling the client (3.3.5a)

Resetting my router and trying different internet connections

Clearing the Cache and WTF folders

Using VPNs (like ProtonVPN, WireGuard, OpenVPN)

Updating DNS to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8

The issue started recently. I can log in to the website just fine, and my account is not banned or suspended. It seems to be related to IP blocking or connection issues from my region (Iran).

Could you please check if my IP or connection is being blocked, or if there is any issue on your side?
