Hey! I wanted to submit a ticket on the support page, as a GM in-game told me to for my issue (item refund, long story)
But when I go there I can only select Ban Appeal - I can't create a ticket with any default type, and I can't create a "ban appeal" of course because I have no ban to appeal.
Thanks! Got in touch, sadly there's nothing they can do, presumably item refunds are only given to items purchased on the website, mine was in-game.
If anyone wants to know the incredibly hilarious and embarassing context: I bought Mail BOA Heirloom item for my...Druid. I totally forgot they were Leather only. These shoulderpads are good for Shamans only, and uh, my main is a Shaman. PSA: Don't be me <3

The ticket type is meant to be available only during the 24-hours window when an item got with Coins can be refunded. If the ticket option isn't there, the account has no items that can be refunded, be it because none apply or it already being past the time limit to ask for one.
