WotLK I lost couple of my chars

Hello Warmane Team,

I’m reaching out for urgent support regarding my account. Several of my characters and items were deleted, and this was not done by me. I also noticed the IP involved does not belong to me.

In total, I lost around 3300 coins worth of content, including characters and valuable items. This appears to be a case of unauthorized access.

Please help investigate this situation and assist with recovering what was lost.

I think in this situation you need to contact support to get anything back, namely coin bought items.

What happens on an account falls to account's owner's responsibilities. This includes characters, items being deleted, or Warmane's rules being broken.

If there's still time, you may be able to restore character(s): https://www.warmane.com/account/services
Free restoration (1/week) within 48 hours of deletion. Beyond that time frame, up to 30 days, you need to use coins to restore characters.

I dont mind paying coins to get it back but i cant find it

There's no option to do Character Restoration through the link I provided above? Then those characters can't be restored, as said before, it's limited to 30 days. Your characters were deleted over 30 days ago.

Also, characters missing might be due to Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy

What you can do will be decided by Support, after they check all the claims you make in your ticket and determine what exactly happened.
If there's evidence that the account was shared, for example, you will have to take it with who you shared the account with, not us.
