greetings people, I need your honest advice. I used to play wotlk when I was little and now I want to go back, but because of my obligations I can't play every day and I can only play for 3-4 hours. is it worth playing on lordareon server? I don't care about leveling anywhere, but the p2w system on the icecrown server bothers me a lot. Sry for bad english

You're not the only one who doesn't have a lot of time.
If you don't like icecrown then go on Lordaeron.

There are players who organize raids only on weekends, in summer a little less for obvious reasons.

Let's dispel few illusions, get few facts out as well.

Lordaeron is x1, and its raids are tuned to be harder.
With cross-realm PvP, you'll end up facing people from other realms. This means the "p2w" players from Icecrown, and those instant full PvP equipped Blackrock players will be in the same group. You'll gladly turn blind eye when they are on your side. Lordaeron is the "shoot yourself in the foot" if you choose it with PvP participation in mind.
It's not "p2w" but people will still out-gear you on average by large margin.

Icecrown is x7 (exp is adjustable).
As Lordaeron, Icecrown is already a decade old. That's a decade of building characters the legit, or "p2w", way. How would you know who paid, and who didn't?
People buying items also means they don't roll on items for that slot. Guess who benefits from this? You do.
"P2w" isn't some big bad thing you make it out to be.
