WotLK Realm transfer closed?

Hi, I just started playing the game yesterday and I noticed my realm is Onyxia and I want to transfer to Icecrown.

I'm trying to follow these steps but can't find anything. Is real migration closed??

1. Log in to your account on the WoW website.
2. Go to "My Account" > Services > Select your realm and character.
3. Choose "Realm transfer" from the fourth fall menu.

There's no migration available yet. It's only available at the end of Onyxia's lifespan.

Any idea of when this would occur? Will my toons be transferred or is it our option? Also, I have duplicate toons on Icecrown and Onyxia. Same name/class.

1) When Onyxia ends, which I believe will happen late next year.
2) You have to transfer your characters manually. You have some time to do it and if you don't do it in time your Onyxia characters will be lost.
3) You will be asked to rename your Onyxia characters after transferring them.
