I suggest to make a new Global channel for Guilds, so we have a clean chat for PvE recruitments for raids without scrolling spam.
I know I can ignore players to hide the spam, but ignore is limited.
it's just too much spam. Mods should do something, it's out of control as it is right now.

Download the IgnoreMore addon. There also are addons that can filter the global channel by keywords.

I think the second solution is more effective, in this way the disturbing message is not displayed without ignoring the player.

Mods actively moderating global is going to require 24/7 surveilance or cause massive issues on other ends. Where are you going to draw the line on what's allowed as spam and what's not?
Also: Anyone can create new channels as he pleases and use those if he wants to. There are guild/trade channels present already, just nobody is using them because most are present in global and they want to reach (annoy) the maximum amount of people.
Your best bet is just installing IgnoreMore or using a chatfilter as suggested.

More channels only means they are to be spammed the same way the rest are being spammed right now.
As others have already said, use addons to block/filter chat messages.
