Site unable to claim points

Hi all,

I have a premium account (playing since 2011)
i started playing again and now i am unable to claim points in my account

Account status: In good standing
Donation rank: Premium
Points: 0.0 (Collect points)

When i click collect it shows: You do not have any points to collect.
how can i claim them?

1K unique achievement points on Icecrown/Lordaeron character(s).

Bit baffled on how you've played that long here, but had no clue about that..
