Forum Battered Hilt taken without Roll in RDF

Hello everyone, just now expereienced very interesting moment.

Got inro instance (ID# 29998163) where from the first trash mob dropped "Battered Hilt" but it was looted by Paladin Tank "Irelly" without roll. (System didn't show any roll info on my chat log)

I have to note that I have completed that quest but since it's BoE doesn't it mean that I can still roll? Or was there something fishy?

You are not eligible to roll on it, so you don't see the rolls.
