Forum problem with launching the map

Hello, after entering outland, I have a problem with launching the world map under 'm', nothing in the hootkeys was changed etc., what could be the problem?

If you're inside a dungeon, it's normal for the map not to show your current location. You can fix this by applying the patch update available here:

However, if you're just in Outland and not inside a dungeon, and the map still doesn't show up, it's possible that your client files are corrupted. In that case, you may need to download a fresh client.
