Hello Warmane team,
I have a question regarding future expansions on your server. Will there ever be a realm running the Cataclysm expansion?
I find it a bit confusing that Mists of Pandaria is currently available, but not Cataclysm. When I check the population on the Frostwolf (MoP) realm — which is around 293 players — it makes me think that a Cataclysm realm could actually attract a much larger and more active player base.
In my opinion, and I believe many others would agree, Cataclysm was one of the best expansions after Wrath of the Lich King.

The "best" answer you'll get is: "maybe."
Giving a yes or no answer would "lock" Warmane to that particular answer, and going back on their word wouldn't be professional. I'm sure few players would end up being vocal about it.
Plans aren't announced/revealed in some random topic. Plans are kept behind closed doors. If the plans would get into fruition, there would be an announcement on the frontpage, and a topic made for it in the news section.
As far as I recall, MoP is only available as it's a "passion project".

Not correct at all. There's a device called "Changing Your Mind™" that everyone has access to and can use freely, and there's nothing unprofessional about doing so.

They ran Cataclysm a very long time ago. It shares a similar code with MoP. Although it's on a whole other level from the first three games. While it's playable, there is a lot that isn't scripted or polished yet. Which is a universal problem for the expansion.
Another major challenge is that it isn't as popular as the initial games. WoW actually fell off with Cataclysm. Not as much demand for it. I think it could still be successful though. The PvP on it was incredibly fun, I had a lot of toons on their server here just for that.
