Hello
I have a problem: I have a troll hunter named Negrarg on the Icecrow server. For some reason, this character did not receive the quest that grants the Steady Shot ability.
I would appreciate your assistance in correcting this. I would appreciate your help in fixing this, and if you see anything about the character, any abilities that he should have learned but hasn't, please record it in the quest log.

There is no quest to learn the Steady Shot ability. It's learnt from any trainer at level 50.
