Old characters

Hi, I would like to get back into the game. I haven't played for a long time, would it be possible to get my old characters? Thanks. :)

If you have characters missing (and are sure you're in the right account), likely not. Either they were removed due to being low level and inactive and aren't recoverable at all, or someone accessed the account and deleted/sold them and can only be recovered for 30 days after deletion using Coins (or Points in some cases).
