Why most of forum threads become closed topics after moderators response.

Aren't forums meant for community discussions? Now, when I want to share my opinion on a topic, I see that it has already been closed. It feels like the forum is more for the staff than the community.

I understand the need to regulate forums and ensure that discussions follow the rules, but closing topics - especially in the General Discussion section - seems a bit strange.

Why is that?

I assume you're referring to the thread about the ninja loophole. I closed it because the loophole doesn't exist.
