1. More goods for mark of justice / OR Make heroics great again!

    Hi all!
I would like to suggest adding the ability to spend justice marks on items from the previous addon
Mounts, pets, items for starting quests, like the head of Nefarius and Onyxia, maybe items + to reputation?
For example, I need to knock out a T0 body in UBRs, but I would rather go with my tank in heroics with newbies than try to gather a group in an old raid
There may be more options, perhaps even with TBC* raids, like Magtheridon's head, if there is an achievement for the boss

The goal is to make the farming of justice marks relevant, maybe this will help make heroics great again

Translated by Google Translate - looks like it did well? :3

    Edit BK to TBC
    That would be nice.

  3. That’s a good idea. I have a lot of marks, but I can’t spend them—there’s nothing to buy

  4. Yeah. good idea it is tough to find hc group rn.

  5. They just released all new badge gear with ZA. In Sunwell players are going to dump all their badges on the T6 level badge gear that gets released as well as epic gems and crafting mats. You will get a huge uptick in players joining the realm to prepare for Wrath and they will be farming the content.

  6. I think that this is a good idea. It is really hard to find people for heroics, strong characters have no motivation to go to a difficult dungeon. We are waiting especially long for tanks... It is possible to make something special for tanks for sale for tokens of justice

  7. It wont have the result you imagine.
People that actively raid get plenty of badges from raids.
Even a quick kara run gets you more badges/hour than RDF heroic.
Even with more badge rewards im still not gonna queue RDF because nothing ruins my day more than getting put in SHH or SL hc with undergeared random ppl.

Pretty much this. TBC heroic dungeon are big pain in arse even when you are geared. You need specific setup to deal with many of these and some minimal gear, like you get SV hero and your party is warrior prot 3 rogues and 1 druid all in greens, good luck with first boss.

  9. Speaking of RDF HC. Is it just me or is the chance to get a hard hc (SL, arca, SHH, SV) a lot higher than the rest? Cause that's the main reason I do not queue for RDF.

  10. Probably because there are only 5 out of 15 easier heroics (no heroics in TBC are particularly easy compared to WotLK aoe fest). These are also not the ones usually spammed for either Reputation (required for critical enchants) or primary items like unique trinkets and strong weapons, with the exception of Slave Pens for caster dps trinket and efficient badges.

Also, due to its badge efficiency, Slave Pen heroic runs tend to be completed as early as possible manually. So, by the time you queue RDF, this easy dungeon will often be eliminated by so many having the daily ID too. Realisitcally meaning only 4/15 easier heroics appear in RDF.

Finally, the important reputation and primary item dungeons are most likely to be queued as "Specific Heroics", so that's where the queues will often occur too.

In short, every new wave of newbies quickly learn the best way to get whatever heroic they like, including the likelihood of getting overgeared players, is by using "/join global" and standard "LFM" messages. Well made messages, e.g. using standard abbreviations that are easily highlighted by LFM addons like GroupBulletinBoard + asking for specific specs/classes helps a TON. It is even better if you mention the tank is geared/fast run since that is generally the biggest bottleneck across heroics, other than crowd control composition.

    Note.

Never ever mention GearScore btw - it makes you not only look like a fresh newbie to TBC but also demonstrates a failure to understand TBC gearing. By this late stage in the server, most players would have understand how utterly useless it is because they would have seen from their very own gear how their score goes *down* as they get upgrades in TBC. So anyone mentioning GearScore for LFM advertising is fundamentally missing the point (also why you basically never see it mentioned any more) ...

  11. I would also add that support players - tanks and healers - often need gold. Tanks because repairs are horrendously expensive and healers because they generally suck at farming gold without alts. A fat bag of gold and a random blue that can be disenchanted or vendored for every heroic would all but guaranteed many more support players, at least healers anyway. Geared tanks may be a little more indifferent since they are most likely to have steady source of gold to get to the point of being that geared, but Large Prismatic Shards are always expensive and welcome to **all**.
