hi! I sent a letter with bow to my friend but it didn't arrive, although other simple letters arrived. I definitely didn't mix up the nickname, cause i have his nickname in fast tab in nickname bar in mail window

Please help me!!!!

Sometimes mail takes 1 hour delay to reach , like the auction house.
Its part of the game.
