Technical I got my IP banned due to Suspicious Activity - HELP PLEASE

I have played a long time ago in the swerver and had to quit for a while, when I came back almost a year later, I discovered this masseage: "Your IP Address (72.49.49.11) has been terminated due to Suspicious Activity - #BF05"

I can play the game, but I cant do anything related to my account in the server page, cant even vote or nothing,

Could I get some help ?
