I don't know how to do a bug report. But I wanted to say this. I'm in Wailing Caverns on a level 34 shaman on Icecrown, and Lord Serpentis is instant casting his Healing Touch, even when he has no mana. I'm not able to interrupt it because of this, and he's just almost full healing because of this

looking at it, there was several reports on it, the latest being 1 year ago. it seems to be a recurring issue
