Technical I'm sometimes unable to log in

For some reason i am unable to login, I type in my password and username and then it says "connecting" for a long time and then finally says "unable to connect". Then i wait many hours (sometimes wait for the next day) and then i can login again, sometime passes by and yet again i can't login.
I haven't noticed any lag or had any disconnections.
Can someone explain why?
I didn't have this problem before when i played some years ago

Also make sure you using the correct realm list .
