I tried to update my old email address to a new one. My new email address includes a dot (e.g. [email protected]
), but when I entered it, the system automatically removed the dot and saved it without it (e.g. [email protected]
). As a result, the wrong email address is now linked to my account.
Is there any way to set the correct new email address without waiting 7 days? Or at least to revert to my old email address that was previously linked to the account?
I sent them an email as soon as the problem occurred, along with a screenshot. This is the account on which the problem happened and that I'm currently using. How long does it usually take for them to respond?
