Well, it wasn't unexpected. Lately there was almost nobody online. Usually I'd find just a few ppl, the writing was on the wall for years now. The sad thing about it is that this was the only realm who was on a truly different expansion. If you think about it, everything else is either currently WotLK, or about to become WotLK.
im not arguing about what expansion is best etc, but some people like more the MoP exp., its sad that ill lost all of my alts, my mounts, my achievs, for me was my escape from reality this game, playing since 2015.. well.. it was a pleasure :)
I can't speak for the specific reason a Moderator deleted then, but to act as if it has something to do with somehow "stopping people" from playing the expansion they want elsewhere says more about you than you think. It's naturally not what we would prefer, but we understand some won't want to play the content we offer, and really... you want to play elsewhere? Go ahead. It's fine, we won't try to convince you otherwise. The perks we are offering are for those who want to stay, not to try to hold anyone unwilling.
Let me say it again: no one is trying to convince or asking you to go play Wrath or Burning Crusade.
You want to play elsewhere. You said it multiple times already. It's okay, go ahead, we read it the first time.
Because not everyone posting is just on repeat saying they will play elsewhere, as if there was some hope we would change our mind after a certain number of repetitions.

I know you dont like me, I dont like you either but why was my last post even deleted? It contained notthing that was offensive at all?

A guy with multiple accounts started pushing discussions about other servers, along with other rules being broken along the way. Your comment was quoting one of such comments, and thus I removed it along with all other comments related to it.
If a post which breaks the rules is the starting point of a discussion, usually the entirety of the discussion is removed. And that is what happened to your post.
So i have 4x lvl 90 characters on Frostwolf, one of them was heavy donated back in early days of it, simple question because I dont wanna read 130103 argue messeges up there, I'm i getting 4x boost + coins or just people that donated in this year, thanks.
PS(or i dont get anything)
Welp, it's been a fun ride for almost 10 years of playing on Frostwolf. It's like the getaway from my hectic life, so sad it's finally decommissioned. Anyway, thanks for letting me play for free, and thanks for all the memories. /camp

You need to have been active within this year and spent coins this year to recieve the level boost and refund on coins.
Would it be technically possible to keep the armory page up for frostwolf? Just displaying whatever the state of the 1st october will be.
I think it would be nice if people who invested a lot of time and have a lot of memories with their characters could be immortalized in that sense. Being able to still look up the chars you had with the achievements and mounts you had would make them feel no longer playable, rather than deleted, which would feel a lot better for many people.
please, if possible, consider doing this, so that people can nostalgically look back to the good times they had on frostwolf for years to come
bumping this question, as it is relating a lot to the one above me and they are probably easier to answer as a pair
