[Addon] Arena Auto Marks

People always bug me to make marks when I'm group leader in arenas at 2v2 or soloqueue

and i found it annoying that I always have to press the macro to set group marks in every game manually.

I don't need marks myself, but many people seem to find them helpful, so I created a small addon for automarking:

What it does:
* Automarks party when in arena prep area and you joined first (youre leader)
* sends customizable text message to chat to set marks or pass lead if wanted
* some options for areas, customizable marks for each party member.

I'm testing it myself right now and it works on warmane icecrown 2v2 and 3v3 and soloqueue for me on a german 3.3.5 client, but feel free to test it and tell me about bugs / submit issues etc (either here or in gitlab).
