New bought character is strange

So Ive bought a lvl80 pala to play with , all ok up to here.
The strange thing is the character was 80lvl , but with lvl1 gray items, all broken, and he hadnt moved from starting lvl1 spawn point. No exploration, no quests, only lvling achievements.

What gives? Not complaining, dont care about these, but i find it strange. How can someone lvl up to 80 in Lordearon without exploring even 1 area?

Probably leveled up using a power-leveling strategy with their mains.
Most likely, they killed boars until level 8, then got summoned to RFC, followed by other dungeons, then Scarlet Monastery, Stratholme boosts, Shattered Halls, and so on.
These boosters can turn a fresh character into level 80 in a single day without doing any 'real leveling'.
