When I try to sell my character, the system prompts that I'm still in an arena team, but I have repeatedly logged into my character to confirm that I'm not in any arena team.

I've left each of my arena teams one by one, found the NPC to delete my solo team, and to make doubly sure I've exited all, I even executed the commands: /teamquit 2v2, /teamquit 3v3, and /teamquit 5v5.

Why is this happening? What should I do? Thank you for your help.
